Very professional, punctual, reliable service. Staff were excellent at replying to emails. Transport was very comfortable and our driver Ruben was excellent. We used it to go to Chichen Itza from Merida. It provided a great opportunity to arrive there early and beat all the tour buses. We also used Yucatan Connection to travel from Merida to Cancun Airport the day of our flight which was fantastic service.
