I booked this trip based on trip advisor reviews which i had never done before.We wanted to do a day trip when our cruise ship docked in Progresso Yucatan . Our plans were arranged prior to our trip via email through Roberto. Roberto was right on time to pick us up with a nice van and coolers with water. He was so nice and informative and went above and beyond to make our day a great one.
